Due to COVID-19 processing and deliveries may be delayed.

During Peak Holiday Seasons, please allow for extra processing and shipping time.

Please make sure to fill out your shipping address accurately to an address that can receive packages.
If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot take responsibility for that package. Nor can we take responsibility for a package marked as delivered by the carrier which is stolen or misplaced thereafter. If a package is unable to be delivered, it may be sent back to us. We will not be able to refund your purchase until the package arrives and there will be a 20% handling fee plus two-way shipping fee that will deducted out of your refund. It may take up to 8 weeks for the package to be returned to us and a refund issued.

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping on order over $150.00 (CAD for Canada and USD for USA). To qualify, the minimum order amount must be after all discounts are applied and excludes any taxes. Canada & Continental US shipping addresses only with exception to deliveries to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, and some remote US locations will incur additional shipping charges. Does not include oversized items.

USA Shipping

Shipping to USA may be subject to US Customs duties and taxes, if applicable. These additional charges may be claimed by the carrier to you at the time of delivery or carrier may charge us, and we will need you to reimburse.

At this time, Cuisivin is unable to ship outside continental North America.

We do our best to package everything to avoid breakage, but in the event your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product(s) and the packing materials. Send the photos to with all of your information. We will make a claim on your behalf with the carrier. The insurer may need a signed affidavit stating that the goods arrived damaged. Please do not dispose of the damaged goods and all packaging materials. We will not be able to return, replace, or refund any items in which you (the customer) have not provided sufficient information and documentation for a claim.


Please unpack your order completely. In the event that an item(s) is received damaged, please keep all original packaging and photograph the damaged packaging and product and contact our Customer Service Department immediately at Delayed requests (more than three days of delivery) may not be honored.

Returns Procedure

We understand, that sometimes your purchase just doesn’t work out as planned. If you need to process a return, here’s how:

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and all items must be unused, unwashed, unopened and in new original, resalable condition and packaging with instructions, manuals, any tags etc. still attached.

Before returning, please email or call our customer service team for RMA No (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will need to provide the reason for return, details of the product, your name and contact details. Returns not received within 3 weeks of issuance of RMA No. will expire. Returns without RMA number or expired RMA number may be refused. When you have your RMA number, please package your product carefully with all parts and ship prepaid, preferably insured with a tracking to:

After 30 days from purchase date, no refunds or exchange will be issued.

Any custom printed orders, gift baskets, edible products, special orders, clearance sale items, or items reduced more than 40% are considered final sale. There will be no refunds, exchanges or warranty claims on these merchandise.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you qualified for free shipping, we will issue a refund less the cost of shipping the original order. We recommend that all returns are carefully packed as they were received, insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged in transit products. Upon reception of the returned product(s) and inspection, if approved, we will then refund/exchange will be issued, and payments will be refunded onto the original method of payment.
