This hand-made crystal funnel from Eisch features a unique built-in strainer made with crushed and compacted glass. The strainer filters unwanted sediment, while diffusing the wine before it is funneled through the splaying slots to help aerate the wine. The splaying action inside the carafe, maximizes contact between wine and atmospheric oxygen to accelerate aeration and bring out a wine’s optimal flavour. Fits most flat bottom decanters.
