With a few clicks of the hand pump the first form of aeration begins – micro oxygen infusion: the innovative stainless steel diffuser atomizes air to create a mesmerizing whirlwind of millions of microscopic air bubbles within the bottle, which are instantly absorbed by the wine. Next, the loop funnel placed on top of the bottle, elegantly collects the micro infused wine rising from within and lets the wine return to the bottle creating vortex aeration.
