Unique to Pensofal, the tempered glass Aroma Lid features a stainless steel reservoir-handle meant to diffuse liquids slowly through a hole and onto your food as it cooks. Add olive oil, wine or balsamic vinegar to the aroma lid to infuse your dishes with intensified flavours and aromas. The lid is also designed to be inverted and used as a pedestal to serve from the pot – insulating the heat from the counter. The tempered glass lid also has a protective stainless steel rim and moisture-relief hole. Dishwasher safe.
