The wok is coated in Pensofal’s Bioceramix® coating and also features the patented Inox ‘double-bottom’. Bioceramix® is an exclusive ceramic reinforcement that provides long-lasting, non-stick, high-heat performance. The coating is PFOA, cadmium and lead-free.
