The Princess Pasta Si features a patented perforated lock-on drain-lid. Just lock the lid once items are cooked and easily strain pasta, vegetables, rice and more directly from the pot! The Princess line features an extra-thick pristine white Bioceramix® coating as well as the patented Inox ‘double-bottom’. Bioceramix® is an exclusive ceramic reinforcement that provides long-lasting, non-stick, high-heat performance. The coating is PFOA, cadmium and lead-free.
